We want you to love your DIY projects; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized patterns and digital downloads are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused yarn, needles, or kits back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
